Blueberries and bananas are blended with antioxidant-rich acai berry juice in one of my favorite smoothie recipes.
You don't need a special smoothie maker to make these antioxidant-rich fruit smoothies. Just use your Vita Mix, blender, or food processor. Blueberry Banana Smoothies
Combine all ingredients in your blender or VitaMix and blend until smooth. Serves 2. Per serving: 347 calories, 3 g fat (1 g saturated), 3 mg cholesterol, 78 g carbohydrate, 8 g fiber, 7 g protein, 3% Vitamin A, 44% Vitamin C, 13% calcium, 8% iron For more great fruit smoothie recipes, see also:
